I’m annoyed because all of Udi’s GF breads have eggs in them! How frustrating! I have tried other vegan breads and they are wimpy in size as well. I don’t know what it is. I guess we are destined to have small sammies!

so funny you should post this! My whole class (all four of them this year!) all go to the same temple and we’ve been talking a lot about Jewish foods. I’m even learning how to keshruth the oven at school so we can cook kosher there. Anyway, being 5 months pregnant I keep craving random things. Lately all the talk of Jewish foods has me craving your Bubbie’s kugel too! And now I can make it!

I start it off at 475 – sometimes I change it up a bit, but when I made it tonight, I put it in at 475 for about 20 minutes before I added the veggies and the marinade. Can’t wait to hear how it turns out! Thanks for reading, Sharon!

Can you tell me what temp you start with on the oven? How hot is really hot?? Thanks–looking forward to trying this!
